User-driven innovation is on everybodys lips. But its not easy to find out what it is all about:
Participatory design, workshops, questionnaires, social technologies, user-generated content, personas, scenarios, observations etc.
Aarhus Main Library unleashed the users in the period 2007-2009 and worked with various methods of user involvement in the libraries.
